Many teams that have worked with us in India have described it as being remarkably similar to what is witnessed in the New Testament Church. God is doing amazing things here. The opportunities for ministry are enormous and the team’s focus can be customized based on the abilities, strengths and talents of the team members. Some of the many options available for short-term teams are: evangelistic village meetings accompanied with food distributions or large outdoor evangelistic crusades, holding believers meetings in local churches, working with orphaned and abandoned children living in Church Children’s Homes as well as helping children with special needs, worship training and development, and for those teams with additional experience and education, medical missions and pastor’s training conferences are also encouraged. Coming to India and being a part of what He is doing here is an experience that will leave you forever changed.

Teams
* Village outreaches and evangelism (both supporting local church plants and helping to establish new ones)
* Relief work – blanket distributions , AIDS/HIV clinic visits, poverty relief
* Youth meetings
* Worship events (to model and impart worship - bring an entire worship team with you!)
* Working with our Children ministry’s - Hope Child Development, Covenant Children's Homes and SCH.
* Pastor training conferences
* Women’s conferences
* ICM Festivals (large outdoor gatherings with worship, teaching and ministry)

Individual Volunteers
• Media Development – newsletters, photography, video filming & editing, graphic design, web maintenance
• Sales / Marketing – relating to production & distribution of Covenant Worship albums.
• Team Coordinator (after 6 months exp. w/ us)
• Worship Leading – both worship leaders and team members are welcome to come and impart to our students.
• Teaching Music – including: keyboard, guitar, percussion, theory, audio engineering.
• Recording Engineering – we perpetually have an album in production.
• Admin - Those with administrative gifts (office work, editing, accounting, etc.)
• Grant writers – to write grants & contact foundations
• Medical - Nurses, doctors, dentists, physical, occupational and speech therapists, dieticians, CPR trainers, etc.
• Special, elementary, ESL, Sunday school/VBS, early childhood, vocational educators
• Speech therapists & those fluent in sign language (ASL is great)
• Handyman Skills - Those with carpentry, welding, painting, & other construction skills
• Children's Ministry – to assist director in operation of orphanages & programs for children. Networking with US partners, developing child sponsors, updating child profiles, etc…
